Earle B. Higgins, Sr,

Chairman and CEO


Earle B. Higgins, Sr., has over 32 years of experience in the automotive industry.  He possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Behavior and Language Arts from Eastern Michigan University.  His professional background includes more than 30+ years in managerial and superintendent assignments at Chrysler Corporation North American Operations (NAO).  Earle’s assignments have emphasized leadership, innovation, building and leveraging relationships, driving results, teamwork, and goal accomplishment and demonstrating personal excellence.  His experiences have provided him maximum exposure to essential executives and contacts throughout the automotive industry.

William. A. Kean

Chief Operating Officer


Mr. Kean was a financial leader of a $28 million privately-held transportation company.  Implemented changes in operations and data integration to increase profits over 48% in 4 years.  Oversaw and implemented new financial software (Great Plains) that improved data flow to end users.  Maintain and oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting and transactions to parent company.  Report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors.  Management representative for Management Buyout in 2005.  Maintain all necessary certificates and licenses regarding compliance with state and federal regulators.  Chairman of ISO 9000 Quality Steering Committee.

Michael L. Sternberg

Vice President Technology


Mr. Sternberg has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology.  He has served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect at multiple firms covering the Automotive, Insurance, Banking, Market Research and Logistics industries.  He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and also a second masters in Computer Science from Wayne State University.  Michael also has number of Industry & technology certifications which include:  Microsoft Cloud Architect, PMI Project Manager, 6-Sigma and ITIL.  In addition, Michael has launched multiple cloud start-up companies, serving as CEO and Chief Digital Architect.  He brings a wealth of industry and technology knowledge to Pro-Tech.

Alexander N. Luvall

General Counsel


Served as Executive Vice President of Pioneer Health (MA), a $55M in-patient, residential treatment and clinical outpatient behavioral treatment company, with facilities in 6 states.  In addition, previously Mr. Luvall served as chief administrator for the Third Judicial Circuit Court of Michigan and the Wayne County (MI) Friend of the Court, whose combined budgets exceeded $300M.  He has a civil private practice, has taught on the university level, served on various charitable and governmental boards, is a mediator and member of the Michigan State Bar, and, is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  Mr. Luvall will serve as legal counsel and be actively involved in management, operations and business development. Mr. Luvall received his B. S. from Western Michigan University and his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
